Loving & living with a special needs child

9.18.2002

the chool is complaining about taz's behavior since the new medication, but they are the only ones. his respite care worker says he's more aware and more involved, but not a problem. he's not had any issues at home and the girls rarely complain about him - if they do, it's a fight involving them as well as him. and the only time the church complains is if he's not had his meds.

taz not on his meds is a scary thing. lol

anyway, an i.e.p. meeting has been scheduled. we'll have to ask to make sure they are doing the brushing. other than that, we'll just have to try to help them find management techniques. if the school is the only place with the problem, then there's something going on at the school that has to be dealt with. i'm not changing meds again for that, they have to change their management techniques.
