the last week and a half, something has been up. the school says there's been no changes there, and there's been nothing major here (at least not in the last week and a half), but taz (er, our nik for kristav) has been very tempermental for some reason. he gets off the bus cranky, he hasn't wanted a bath in about 2 weeks and literally tantrums over it. all i can think of at this point is that while he adjusted ok to sharing with buggs, and he seemed to do fine in his classroom with the new teacher (he's been in school over a month), the combined hit him a bit later than each change separately would have if he were going to react to them. only one other thing comes to mind, maybe they changed his bus driver. it's funny what will disrupt him and what won't.



on a good note, he got new tennies today, with hot wheels on them (thanks dad!), and all of a sudden he's interested in the game again. for this i am grateful. it really does keeop him occuppied and out of people's hair on chore day. among other good news, we demanded a change in workers at irc and it was in place the same day. the new lady seems she will be on top of things..although i am going to have to call her on monday as i was out friday when she may have called here to upate me on his file. the last worker was the frst one i've ever had trouble with, and hopefully this new lady will work out well. if so, we can look forward to repsite care again and maybe even community recreation for him. that will be fun for him i think. :)
