my son came home thursday with a gift from a teacher and has been talking about it non-stop ever since. i am ready for christmas to be over! ;) he really des get something "stuck in his head" so to speak and that's all we'll hear about for a long time. in fact i know we will be hearing about christmas long aafter his toys have been taken apart and separated into stuff that spinds and stuff that doesn't spin. tonight he had to go to the doctor (i am waiting for him to come hom enow). once again his ears are bothering him. i am thinking they may have to put tubes or something in his ears because he has so much trouble with them every winter. we also finally trimmed his hair again. its been so long he didn't like it any more and was very unhappy about it. but one thing i have noticed is he can be unhappy about somehting but still cooperate. it doesn't happen often, but it used to not happen at all, so he;s a step ahead.

yes, been a long time. we have been a busy little family in general, and i am frantically getting myself ready for school, getting the rest of my site up and so on. kristav is talking about christmas every day. with the tree up, christmas is "tomorrow". he's like this about birthdays too. someone has a birthday party at school and we hear the happy birthday song for about a week. so with the tree up, we're hearing its christmas almost everday. he's doing well on the ritalyn. a bit subdued, but the school says he is doing well for them too. but we can always tell when he's missed a dose, complete temperament change.
